SHIPPING POLICY
Please note currently we only ship locally within U.S
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12 pm EST through Sunday, or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Any order priced under $100 we charge $5 for shipping.
Free Shipping on orders of $100 or more.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Dear Pet is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).
RETURN POLICY
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery of the products returned to us in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept chewed products. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Please contact us at dearpet.nyc@gmail.com before returning the item. Once the return is accepted, you will receive instructions on where to send your package and be refunded the purchase amount once we receive the returned package. The refund will be credited to the original card used to make the purchase. You will receive an email notification when your return is processed. Please note that refunds could take up to 7 business days to be processed (depending on your bank) once we receive the returned items.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
