  • Can i return food/treat if my pet doesnt like it?
    Sorry, unfortunately we only accept returns if theres quality issues regarding our products. if you have any questions please contact us before purchasing food/treat for your pet.
  • Regarding Returns
    We accept returns within 15 days of delivery of the products returned to us in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept chewed products. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Please contact us at dearpet.nyc@gmail.com before returning the item. Once the return is accepted, you will receive instructions on where to send your package and be refunded the purchase amount once we receive the returned package. The refund will be credited to the original card used to make the purchase. You will receive an email notification when your return is processed. Please note that refunds could take up to 7 business days to be processed (depending on your bank) once we receive the returned items.
  • Can I require a signature upon delivery?
    Unfortunately, our shipping method is mostly USPS ground which does not have a signature option. However, if you wish to add a different shipping method or require a signature upon delivery, please contact us at dearpet.nyc@gmail.com after your purchase and we will do our best to accommodate your request. We want to ensure you receive your pet supplies in a timely and secure manner, and are happy to work with you to find the best shipping option.   • When will i receive my purchase?
    All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12 pm EST through Sunday, or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If you have any questions please email us at dearpet.nyc@gmail.com
